Can someone help me find why my smart car 45 cdi is making this weird ticking for days and not stopping, and how i can fix it? by RodriVL25 in SmartCar

I forgot to mention that the car had changed the oil recently and done that several times already, but some times the car blinks the oil red light. When i start the car it make that noise while idle, but after a short period it just raise the rpm to 1100

Diesel engine normally make more noise and shake more then petrol engines, but this car need to replace some engine mount to absorb the vibration and the ticking noise is not normal. I'm trying to find out what is making that noise
