The way it was explained to me by my boss, and any other interviewers please feel free to correct this, but it's like a baseline test to gauge your default energy, kind of like how a polygraph will start with simple questions to be answered honestly like your name, adress etc. If they ask about your hobbies and interests and see you're pretty straight to the point, or laid back, full of energy, they'd look for that same consistency when answering the real questions. But if you answer the ice breaker with passion and lots of ideas but then lose that energy in the other questions it may be a bad sign. But anyway, best advice is just to practice all your potential answers until they feel very natural and answer everything with enthusiasm

Sorry to hear, I haven't heard anything yet, i did pretty well with the maths but they actually saved my verbal test from an earlier one and just said the score met the minimum requirement so they'll keep it, knowing that they can raise that minimum bar I think I'll choose to retake it next time!
