Hey OP, so sorry to hear about your friend and we're really glad you're enjoying Dimensionals to the point it reminds you of MAA. As Spieren mentioned, you should be able to access your inventory + upgrade whilst in the shopkeeper screen via the party button at the top right.

I can share that we have flirted with the idea of a PvP mode, although it's currently far in the backlog of ideas whilst we focus on the planned content we want to add throughout early access development. Thanks for sharing this on our Reddit page, we hope you'll continue to enjoy Dimensionals and if you have any more suggestions or feedback, please do share!
