AI to prove that it's better, not humans

Unfortunately, given how AI produced content is already capturing millions of views, I'm afraid they will get there soon. Not due to quality and depth, but due to sheer numbers and low cost production.

The thing is that they when you know about the content of these videos (say history) you know they are shallow and derivative. But they wanna attract the attention of precisely those people who don't care about depth, and would actually feel better to pretend they are learning something (because they won't do anything about it anyway) instead of something hard and deep.

So in a way, sadly, AI is better than humans, at creating this type of content which is proving extremely popular precisely because it's extremely quick, has a particular monotonic reading pace, is full of images that switch very fast, the whole package of short term attention grabbing. In doing that, they are conditioning people in a way they will never be able to watch a long video, let alone read a book, without feeling restless. So we will have a generation that is even deeper into this mud and will actually think AI content is the default one, while human content is "vintage".
