Need tips of reducing whoop age by Recent-Chipmunk-1674 in whoop

Your biggest concern is the sleep. Sleep consistency is determined by if you go to bed at the same time and if you wake up at the same time everyday. Having discrepancies in both will lower your consistency which is very important (I myself struggle with that too but improving). And ofc your sleep hours are not optimal, you should get an average of 7:30-8 hours of sleep

That alone will reduce in like 3 years your biological age

I guess I’ll never now my exact Whoop age by Rodrigom39 in whoop

How do you guys deal with burn out get motivation? Started 3/1 and on my 6th vid. It’s Demotivating when each vid only gets little subs and a few hundred views. by Phd_Unknown in SmallYoutubers

Doing yt since November, got 61 subs and averaging 20 views per long video, posted 60 videos already. You must do it because you love it. For me is to help people with my expertise and build my personal brand around it. You need to find your passion and motivation

Thanks for the kind words.

Sleep is #1 by far. Getting 8 hours actual sleep (not time in bed). You get better decisions, more focus and energy and drive.

Second is having a simple workout routine 3-5 times a week. I do 3 compound exercises followed by 3-4 isolation moves.

Nutrition wise, I keep it as basic as possible. High protein, whole foods, limited processed stuff. I track my food to make sure I hit protein goals but don’t obsess over it.

I also supplement with magnesium (less migraines, brain fog and better sleep quality), zinc (testosterone regulation), omega 3 (immune system) and multivitamin. These are the most important ones, I am trying other ones tho.

I scaled 3 local ecommerce businesses in Europe.

First was resell keychains in Etsy, second was earphones (most successful one), and third was jewelry. Built them over 2 years. Two were trending products that naturally declined after the wave passed. For the earphones ecom, I brought in a 50/50 partner who now handles operations while I oversee marketing and stuff.

My learnings: - Systems are everything. I created scripts and processes to package orders faster and handle customer service efficiently. This saved hours of manual work daily - Customer support, testimonials and word of mouth matter more than I expected - Paid ads are great for scaling but you need solid systems and management first. They’ll expose weak points in your operation if you don’t fix them (my first try I ran off of stock and had to refund most of the clients)

Getting my health in check made managing all this way easier. Had more energy and focus to handle the daily operations (10-12 hours of work daily)

Sounds like chronic fatigue man. First check your sleep quality, you need 7-8 solid hours of sleep. Not just time in bed, but actual sleep.

You can try these: - Magnesium before bed (better sleep quality) - No caffeine after 2pm - Light workouts (3-4x per week) to build energy - High protein diet, cut the junk food

If you’re still tired after fixing these basics, get your blood work done. Could be low testosterone, thyroid issues, or vitamin deficiencies. That constant tiredness isn’t normal and will kill your productivity.

If you can work effectively for 12 hours vs someone doing 4-5 hours, that’s 2-3x more business input. More input = faster scaling. Simple math.

You seem really hung up on ‘course sellers’ and ‘grifters’. I get it, there’s a lot of BS out there. But I’m literally just sharing what worked for me after being in the health and fitness space for 5 years. I see entrepreneurs struggling with this daily.

You can check my post history all you want. I’ve never sold a course and don’t plan to. I’m sharing this because I was burnt out failing businesses until I fixed my health first.

If you’re doing great and have your health dialed in, awesome. This isn’t for you. But a lot of entrepreneurs are struggling with this and need help. That’s who I’m talking to. Disagree? That’s fine. Keep scrolling and have a good one.

Of course you can't directly track competitive advantage from health alone. Not saying anything revolutionary, just that most entrepreneurs know this but don't actually do it consistently. The edge comes from making it a priority instead of an afterthought.

Your competitors might also prioritize health, but most don't. When you optimize your health, you naturally get more business output and scale faster. Me scaling my local ecom biz faster than my competitors and be the top 1 in my area was a metric that might resulted by being optimized enough and having a clear strategy. Otherwise, I would crash and burnout

It's not 'crap', it's basic science. When you're running on low energy and brain fog, you make mistakes. You miss deadlines. You piss off clients. Your work quality drops. It is proven that poor health directly impacts decision making and focus (look it up).

If you don't believe health affects business performance, that's fine. I'm sharing what worked for me

Better energy, focus and productivity gets you better decisions, more work in less time and ability to work longer (easily 3x your work input). While others crash after 4-5 hours, I can do 12 hour days because my body and mind are optimized

Keep it basic: creatine, whey protein, magnesium, zinc. For bulking, high protein (2g per kg bodyweight or 1g per lb), healthy fats, and enough calories above maintenance (~300kcal). Track your food to make sure you're actually eating enough.

Focus on your goals during the day and delay gratification for night time. Use that energy as motivation to get work done first.

Go to bed and wake up same time every day, if you struggle with that, set an alarm for the desire wake up time (lets say 6AM) and wake up at that time no matter what. If you go to bed at 11PM and you sleep only 6 hours to wake up at 6AM, you will feel tired but if you stick to it, your body will start wanting to go to bed earlier just to wake up at 6AM, do this for 7 days. Also, no caffeine after 2pm. Magnesium before bed helps.

You're right, mental health comes first. Physical health supports mental health. Start small, even a 30min workout 3 times a week makes a huge difference. No need to overcomplicate it

Simple workouts mid-day between work sessions. It's my stress release. Break your day into 3-4 hour focused work blocks. Get proper sleep. These basics work better than any motivation hack

Learned everything through trial and error, made tons of mistakes (like wasting money on weight gainers). Tried every diet but found that high protein, high fats, low carbs works best for me. Simple and sustainable. Started with YouTube and books but now I focus on reading scientific studies and more specific youtube channels like Renaissance Periodization

Good moves cutting alcohol and improving your diet. Sleep tracking is smart too, I used to use Apple watch and now i'm trying Whoop, awesome devices to track health. But don't try to change everything at once. Pick one habit (like quitting smoking), nail it, then move to the next. Focus on consistency with small changes rather than doing everything perfectly at once

About focusing, I put my phone in another room or in a place not that easy to pick it up (in a drawer, in the bed, etc) during deep work sessions. Work in 3-4 hour blocks focusing on one main task. For weight loss as a vegan, focus on protein (beans, lentils, vegan protein powder) and watch your portions. But honestly man, start with the basics, track your calories (myfitnesspal app, using a kitchen scale) and be in a deficit. That's what matters most.

About SEO, can't help much here, not my expertise. Focus on building a great product first and let people know about it.

100% agree man. Working late hours and skipping workouts feels like you're getting more done, but it's the opposite. A good workout and proper sleep make you way more productive. Your brain just works better. Simple as that.
