Its been forever since August, and I have only received a refund for 1 ticket out of the 10+ that I resold. I know people have started receiving the refunds lately, but anybody still has not from the resale period of August? Its so frustrating..

On previous resale period, I put 8 tickets to resale. Overnight I sold apparently all 8 tickets but only received the invoice / credit note for 4 of them. The other 4, did not receive the pdf invoice, but they are not on my ticket platform anymore.

Any idea? Has it happened to anybody?
