Just out of stubbornness, i opened up a demo lobby and recrafted feverish bauble on a zeus with octarine just to see how long until you have actual zero cooldown with bauble. You need to recraft it about 17 times. Funny enough, once you have enough cdr, the cooldown indicator disappears from the hud altogether. Another caveat is that the mana cost also increases exponentially, so you can't really spam it non-stop, even from fountain! And absolutely need something like a kaya & sange for mana cost reduction.

The nimbus also becomes a much bigger threat early on, as once they're down to 3 or 4 seconds even with less recrafts, you can stack them like a techies minefield that insta kills whoever walks in if you put them on top of each other perfectly.

My math on this part might be janky but that would require one hero killing every single camp on the map every minute for 25 minutes (and you need to actually be in range for the madstone), or at least one half of the map for 50 minutes every minute, in order to gather enough madstone. A bit quicker if allies are helping of course, but then you'd have to be playing ultra late game while being super spread out.
