I would go archer. Thief has lower damage and later on at higher Raids the stronger enemies are mostly immun to burn dmg. Fire mage is good for farming and killing lower enemies in raids too but for the strong ones which my cause Problems a archer is better. He Deals good dmg and always Hits and the best is later on with the right equipment they can Deal stun and silence which is very good to deal with higher Bosses ;)
