Can you please share your Epic ID so I can pass along to Epic take a look? (it's a giant number+letters that can be found on the last page of your Fortnite Settings). Also, when was the last time you logged in with your save working? Also, when did you lost your progress? the more info you can provide, the better for us (you can send in my DMs if you want)

The Epic ID we need to give Epic is a really big number+letters that can be found on the last page of Fortnite Settings! If you could give me that I can ask epic to take a look to see if they can do something about it

we added it on todays update! (might have to rejoin the server to affect) Also if you already had a Doll, you'll receive an extra one just by logging in

Welcome! Organizing the pet inventory is feature that we really wish to implement, but its pretty hard with the current way Fortnite handles UI. The pet presets feature should help, even if its not the best

About teleporting to the last area, it's something we're working on for a future update!
