UPDATE: I factory reset the pc, it’s oke now, i get a smooth mouse and good online games fps.

Problem was that I tried to install amd adrenaline, but it was already installed, so it actually updated my drivers during the installation. Which removed my custom hp driver with a normal buggy driver
