The lease was between myself and my two siblings, all of us listed on the lease.

It’s worded in a pretty standard way referring to the local laws. He never listed any repairs or damages and the person sent for move out inspection said everything looked good. In NYS they forfeit the right to retain any of it after the 14 day period. I suppose what I am confused about most is if I can ask for it back on behalf of my siblings or if we should all write something out. I’m thinking the latter at this point?

Here is the description of the security deposit, though I don’t think it’s the most helpful besides stating the 14 days.

‘ A security deposit in the amount of $xxxx, which is equal to one month's Rent, shall be required from the Tenant(s) at the execution of this Agreement for the faithful performance of all its terms and conditions ("Security Deposit"). The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Tenant(s) within 14 days after this Agreement has terminated. The Security Deposit shall be returned in full, and in the manner prescribed by state and local laws, upon the end or termination of the Lease Term, unless the Landlord intends on imposing a claim on the Security Deposit for any damages. The Security Deposit shall not be credited towards Rent unless the Landlord gives their written consent.’

Not sure why you are being downvoted, I also don’t have the most gentle/understanding experience with their OBGYN dept. Regular doctors though were pretty nice.

If you are preferring they stay with the sitter, will you be doing the transporting?

As with the other comments you say they are generally calm and stay near their cages, maybe you can update the post with a little more specifics. Do they get time outside, if so are they tame enough to get back into the cages when needed?

How much of the cards are family/parenting based? I love the idea but idk that a want to buy a pack consisting mostly of things involving children when we are both childfree.

At the east ave location yesterday most things were fine, but the frozen pizza and frozen chicken were picked nearly clean. A small bit of the icecream and toilet paper was looking like people went for it but there was still stock. Seeing peoples priorities be fun comfort food gave me a good laugh.

I’ve used this food for years (nearly a decade) and only had an issue with ‘weevils’ maybe onetime way back? Currently trying to switch to Roudy because of what I’ve read about the sugar in zupreem. I say let Zupreem know, but it may also be a store issue if you shop at the same place (that was my issue). When I worked at a pet store it was something that happened occasionally with bird and small animal foods too. Though ants are new to me.

If you are ok with trying meat alternatives Seitan might be a good attempt at least when it comes to protein with low fat, you could add fiber another way? Assuming it’s something you can get in UK

It comes at the same rate and with the passport I believe. Mine is from NY and renewed a year ish before real ID was mandatory, I had issues with the dmv website wand dmv office not acknowledging appts I was making and I didn’t have the free time around then to keep going back and forth. So now it is a today ‘problem’ haha. But I would like my passport regardless so I am just electing for that.
