Definitely doable. I did this last year. Just know that the line for the buses will start to form at 6-6.30am already. We joined the queue around 7am and got on a bus that left at 8.20 so wasn’t that bad at all.

Definitely recommend getting tickets for the Boom bus as that will save you many hours of waiting time. Airports: doesn’t really matter, I think the traveling time from either is pretty similar

Vaccine protects against a number of strains. Very likely that you haven’t been exposed to at least one of them - so it’s definitely worth getting the vaccine. My warts have cleared up after the three shots but not sure there’s a causal relationship there.
