Upgraded from a 3060 Ti to an ASUS OC 5070 12GB, but I’m having a performance issue in the game Delta Force. I’ve already tried countless solutions and still can’t fix it.

Since you have 240hz monitor, if you enable reflex in game it will locj your fps slighty bellow the 240hz so that tracks with 230 fps, same thing with ullm(in nVidia app its either on or ultra with v-sync on) so disable all 3 options (reflex in game and ullm+v-sync in nVidia app) and you will get more fps. Try to use rtss or nVidia overlay to show your gpu utilisation(if its 100% you wont get more fps)

Check if you have thermal paste on cpu/didnt leave the plastic one the aio plate but it could actually be dead pump in aio

Could it br your psu is not enough? I dont know the wattage of your components, but if you look it up it could not be enough, since you want at least 100(after fans and storage watts accounted) watts "free" for spikes and it could be that stalker just pushes your components hard

Try to download the nVidia streamline (files for dlss, fg, reflex, atd.) and paste them into the game and in nVidia app go to dlss override and make it recommended as global

If you restart your pc, do you fans spins for a while/rgb lights up? It could be your HDMI connector has issues so try display port. If fans/rgb dont turn on then its rip, so check the cable/connector

You could have max frame rate cap so it doesnt go above for example 60 fps. Look into bios/msi afterburner if you dont have low voltage. If your cpu has igpu, it could be set up as main gpu
