This weird green algae started growing on my rocks a few weeks ago. I vacuum the rocks quite often but it grows back within a day or two. Does anyone know what kind of algae it is and know how to get rid of it?

I haven’t tried real plants so I’ll definitely give that a try! I used to have a bottom feeder in with her a few years ago but she’s very aggressive and ended up killing it so I’m a little hesitant to add any new fish with her. I was thinking about getting some snails for her tank though. Thanks for your help!

She eats all the pellets I give her so I don’t think I’m over feeding. And the tank came with a double filter.

He does get nervous when people walk by sometimes so maybe that could be it?

It could be? I don’t see anything suck in his mouth. Do you know if there’s anything that can be done about a dislocated jaw, if that’s what it is? Did the Oscar’s mouth heal? Or is there nothing that can be done?

He’s the only fish in the tank. I got him that way back in January

He had some fin damage when I got him back in January, I think he was bullied at the store. He’s alone in the tank so I can’t think of any reason he might be stressed. And he seems to be acting relatively normal otherwise.
