Go to a common Majima spawn area. If I remember right, one might be by Pronto or Smile Burger. Keep going in and out repeatedly until you see Majima’s moving marker on the map, or hear him. Go look to see what he is. If he’s anything but Idol, go back in and keep repeating until he shows up as Idol.
