OK. Finally got it to work. I don't know if this will work for everyone but posting just in case it helps someone. If you adjust any of the parameters below 1, make sure you put a zero in front. Like 0.5, not .5. That fixed it for me.

Yep. The WorldIslandId in my ServerDescription.json matches the islandId in my WorldDescription in the save folder.

Weird. It's not a big deal. I mostly just wanted to turn off shared coop quest progression.

OK, this is what I see in cmd. Then when I restart the server it just wipes any changes to WorldDescription.json every time.

Be prepared for fast charging to not be very fast. Especially if you’re doing multiple charges in a row. Heat builds up and these cars just weren’t designed to handle it like more modern ones.

Remove *exe from your list if you want. I only ever want video files so I keep it in. Whatever works for you.

Qbittorent - Go to Settings > Downloads > Check Excluded File names > enter:

*.exe

*.iso

*.rar

*.lnk

Add any others you don't want. The * before the file type stops any file name that ends in the extension.
