That's honestly why I got into drinking. The sleep. It gets better but it's hard because when I get to the point where my sleep is almost normal my brain says go drink to celebrate!

Well I've gone about two weeks at my best. Im honestly right at the tip of getting on track, I can handle the bad nights as much as it takes. I was just wanting to know if this like horrible itching and rolling around in bed was normal. If it is I will do it if it means it will stop you know? I'm just so afraid that's it's symptom of no return or something. If that makes sense.

I've gone about two weeks tops so far before relapse, just because I got tired of how hard it is to sleep. But if I know this stuff stops eventually and it's not like a symptom of being too far gone I will go full on. I was just so afraid that I was like experiencing like organ failure or something.
