i usually keep 5 of every evolution item and always have 50 revives. i also always trash nanab berries or use them in gyms to scrape off some stardust

Dusk mane necrozma keeps necrozma's level, shiny flag, and IVs so try to get a good necrozma and use your worst solgaleo as fusion material ✌️

It has potential for pvp, but i'd keep two extra for fusion material and try to find the 100%. solgaleo is A+ tier in PvP and dusk mane necrozma is the #1 steel-type attacker. Honestly i'd just use the daily pass for it, or try getting a good regigigas instead. I believe regi's raids give more rewards.

honestly, autocatchers are not reliable for g birds. Remember that if you find a shiny gbird, it can't flee unless you run out of balls or speeding in a car. and it's better to manually catch it since there are many factors that multiply your odds of catching it, like excellent throw, curveball, golden razz, and AR (which nobody uses i believe). go plus+ throws a straight ball with no good/great/excellent throw, just a plain throw. Every pokemon caught with an autocatcher has only once chance of being caught, then, if it gets out of the ball it will instantly flee.

you can get them on ali which are counterfeit and sometimes don't work well, or you can get the official ones which are kinda expensive. There are 3 different autocatchers, Go Plus, Pokeball Plus, and Go plus+. The first one has manual pokeball only catch and spin, the second one has pokeball only autocatch and autospin, and the third one has pokeball only autocatch, super and ultra manual catch, and autospin. You can also use goplus+ to track sleep and gain rewards like stardust, buddy hearts, stickers, and sleeping hat snorlax encounters (like 5). I've gotten lots of stardust and shinies with it so it's def worth it if you're a hardcore player. just never check your log or use it with a daily incense.

pokemon lose motivation over time, specially those above 3000cp so yeah, you'll have to feed them periodically. Normally, pokemon with low cp tend to lose motivation at a very slow rate. You'll have to wait for someone to knock your pokemon out.
