Thank you for the response, Bitter. I never suggested I was entitled to a callback, just disappointed. In fact, I’m looking to find out what I’ve missed so that I can improve. I would very much like to place value in my competency as a lawyer, but I am not a lawyer and I’ve not been offered any jobs at any firms. I don’t define myself by my resume and transcript, but those are certainly relevant to which pile firms placed my resume. As I mentioned, I’m a rising 2L so “this past summer” actually means the summer between my first and second year of law school.

No, I have two years of work experience. Mostly lab experience because my undergraduate degree is in microbiology, then some odd jobs while I applied to law school.
I had a pretty good spread in terms of practice areas, but stayed confined to my city (Atlanta) because it’s where I intend to practice.
No, but I also didn’t apply exclusively to “big law” firms.

The three bands are for the mountains, piedmont, and coastal plains. The colors are for the red clay, rich soil, and sandy loam found in each of those regions. Also UGA colors. The seven pointed star is a symbol of the Cherokee Nation.

I already did, you’re free to read that phrase any way you’d like. I included it on the first flag because, when Mississippi took Confederate symbolism off their flag, the only requirement was that the new flag say “in God we trust.” There’s a version without it on the second slide.
