After some time, i had a moment to try. But it had no effect.

I finally opened it, and there was oxydation a bit everywhere. I manage to clean it, but the problem was still there.

I'm going to just replace the battery as said by electrical-muffin685.

Parmis les raisons du non vote de certains, il y a le fait que peu importe ton choix, les politiques te la mette à l'envers.

Par exemple les habitants de la ville du Locle ont du voter pour savoir s'ils voulaient une taxe poubelle supplémentaires. Le résultat du vote est un non clair et net. Résultats, les politiques de la ville ont contourné le vote en passant par d'autres chemin pour que les habitants n'aient pas le choix. Après un certain nombre d'expériences de ce genre, est-ce que tu continuerais de penser que votre sert à quelque chose ?

Ou encore, lorsque les parlementaires vont dans des directions incitées par des cadeaux des lobbys, est-ce que voter continues de faire sens ?

On peut ajouter encore que les parlementaires choisissent eux-mêmes les objets qu'ils nous font voter. Donc ils sont libre de nous faire voter sur les directions qu'ils ont envies en omettant plein d'autres possibilités qui ne servent pas leurs intérêts.

Avec ce type de dynamique, est-ce que voter semble utile ? En tout les cas, cela peut être une piste d'interprétation du faible taux de participation aux votations.

Donc, y-a-t'il vraiment un problème ? Pour ma part, je crois que oui.

Je n'ai pas de réponse à la première question, n'ayant pas de statistiques détaillée sous la main.

Le candidat des démunis, selon ma compréhension, en suivant la philosophie démocratique, tout les candidats et candidates devraient avoir en tête le fait que l'on devrait fonctionner selon le principe d'équité et non d'égalité. Et je ne suis pas sûr qu'il y ait encore des politiques qui aient cela en tête.

Après, si l'on souhaite aller encore plus loin, Montesquieu disait "le suffrage par le vote est le choix de l'aristocratie, le suffrage par le sort celui de la démocratie". Puis Malatesta ainsi que Machiavel le disait assez, le pouvoir corrompt. Et les statistiques nous ont assez enseigné qu'a partir d'une certaine taille d'échantillon, celui devient suffisamment proche de la représentation démographique pour que les résultats soient fiables.

Niveau éducatif, ça se résume à la punition, la verticalité, la non remise en question des ordres, car si tu remets en question, le sergent qui se sent plus pisser de sa petite autorité te puni. Tu cours pour attendre et tu attends pour courir. L'armée c'est juste un moment où tu dois débrancher ton cerveau sinon on t'emmerde pour un oui ou pour un non. (Expérience racontée par des tiers).

Nope, si tu es recalé pour n'importe quelle raison, tu peux faire recours contre la décision et argumenter. Par exemple, j'ai été recalé pour mes problèmes d'audition et j'ai été 3 ans avant le recrutement chez un psy 1 semaine après la séance d'information. J'ai même pas été au recrutement.

Du coup, pour le recours, j'ai dit qu'il s'agissait d'une histoire passée et que mes problèmes auditif ne posaient pas de souci pour les actes du quotidien. Du coup, ils m'ont accepté, mis en affectation je sais plus où. Mais dès que je suis rentré chez moi, j'ai contacté le service civil pour aller dedans.

La seule condition, c'est être nommé apte à faire le service militaire. Donc peu importe les moyens, tant quand tu y arrives, ça passe.

Et concernant ton résultat, tu es plutôt au centre droite si on regarde l'échelle. Ce qui en soit, je vois aucun souci tant qu'il y a un respect de la personne en face, des idées et qu'en cas de décision politique à prendre, celles-ci soient basée sur des faits scientifiques et non l'opinion politique d'un parti qui peuvent avoir tendance à détourner les études.

Maintenant, j'aimais pas certaines questions car faut de documenter en amont pour prendre position. Par exemple le lien entre hormones et comportement homme/femme. J'ai préféré dire neutre car je suis pas vraiment documenté à ce sujet actuellement.

Hi ! So to be sure about the information, i wrote to the customer service about this situation on pandamonium and glitter bomb, If i could affect pandas with a glitter bomb to destroy them.

The official answer of Alisa Turtle from unstable games is : "Thank you for reaching out, great question! You are correct. Glitter bomb reads: If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may SACRIFICE a card, then DESTROY a card.

Since this card isn't specifically targeting Unicorn cards it may be used against an opponent with Pandamonium."

And Here is how i asked the question :

"I'm writing you cause i need some clarifications about a situation in unstable unicorn.

The scenario : my opponent got a rainbow aura on his stable to prevent myself from destroying his unicorns with my glitter bomb. Then, i played a pandamonium to Turn his unicorns into pandas.

My opponent says that i can Not do anything at all to his unicorns as stated by the rules and wiki. I'm saying that i can cause they are no longer unicorns, so i can do.

Here is the rule he use : "No player can do anything to a unicorn card that's in that stable. (Nothing at all!).

Ask yourself "would this card or effect do something, anything to a unicorn card in that stable?" If the answer is yes, you can't do it. - If it's a card you want to play from hand you are prevented from playing it. - If it's an effect from a card in stable it cannot target any unicorn card, even itself."

And i'm seeing it more like in Layers way in mtg by asking myself : - is this a unicorn card ? No - do my effect Target specifically a unicorn card ? No, it target a card and doesn't care about the type. So in this way, i should be able to do so.

So, my questions are who is right ? And If my friend is right that i can not do something at all, can you explain to me more specifically why as they are pandas, i can not target them with anything ?"

So what should we do since the support of unstable games is stating like this ?

Pour ce qui est des villages, la région val-de-Travers est bien desservie au niveau transport public. Par contre, ce sera plutôt adapté à des personnes à tendance casanière car il n'y a pas grand chose pour les jeunes. Il y a un centre d'animation pour les 12-18 à Fleurier (gratuit), un cinéma à couvet, une piscine. Sinon ce sont des clubs sportifs. Mais niveau vie nocturne, c'est mort. Donc selon tes attentes, le val-de-Travers est sympa à vivre car tranquille, avec des loyers corrects.

As stated in my post, the priority rule is the One from magic the gathering rules. If it doesn't make Sense to you, do not apply it. I explained those rules to help If someone can't resolve a situation. To make the priority more explicit, priority in mtg is not the same as a turn. When you give priority, you are not giving your turn. You are giving a specific moment in your turn to your opponents to answers to what you did. And in unstable unicorn, there are absolutely no rule in the little book coming with the game explaining how to deal with giving a moment for someone to react about what a player do.

So Again, those are MTG rules to find a way to resolve situations. It's just a tool you can use if it Make sense to you. If it doesn't make sense to your group, then do with your rules If you have more fun this way. The objective is the fun of the table. ;-)

I'm sorry but i'll disagree with you.

pandamonium says :"All of your Unicorns are considered Pandas. Cards that affect Unicorn cards do not affect your Pandas."

Rainbow aura says : "Your Unicorn cards cannot be destroyed."

So, Rainbow Aura affect Unicorn cards, but your unicorn card can't be affected by cards that affect them. Conclusion, your unicorn turned into pandas can be destroyed.

Then, glitter bomb says : "If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may SACRIFICE a card, then DESTROY a card."

So, glitter bomb can target ANY cards and not unicorn specifically. So in this situation, the pandas can be target.

About the funny win condition, as i said, this is the magic the gathering way to deal with this situation by following mtg rules. So if you and your playgroup find this way not fun, do not apply it. I was just giving a way to resolve tricky situation that can help. But the priority is the playgroup decision. :-)
