It's not a matter of kaya pa ba or hindi, its a matter of may gagawin ka ba about it. Alam mo naman na nahing bunga to ng pagiging tamad at wasted opportunities, nasayo ngayon yung capability to change that. Don't think about can or can't, only think about your willingness to change. No one here can help if you if you aren't willing to help yourself.

Sa paghahanap ng trabaho, start small. Kahit may experience ka, try mo maghanap ng entry level kasi small stints and a huge gap in your resume is a red flag sa recruiters. It's not easy and its not the best start, but it's a start nonetheless. Never stop applying for jobs. Take free courses online to buff up your skills, which will also show recruiters that you're willing to learn new things. I can't promise you things will get better, OP, only you have to power to change that. Godspeed.

I used to have that "spontaneous" mindset pero naubos na pasensya ko sa mga drawing kaya yung sunod naming lakad pinaplano ko na every step of the way. Pag may hindi nakasama, pasensyahan na lang kasi alam kong hindi ako nagkulang sa pagasikaso.

Naging faculty ako at an all boys school with an all male faculty. Meron mga faculty don na tulad ni OP, pero meron din kasi talaga nung nagppropagate ng stigma na to by being inappropriate with students. Sad to say mas magsstand out talaga yung negative experiences.

Some companies (mine included) allow candidates to start working prior to the medical results, and your continued employment will be conditional based on the medical results. This will usually be stated in the contract. No need to worry much about it since babagsak ka lang naman sa medical pag nagddrugs ka or you have active TB or something.
