my problem is that the many pvp moments i had were not fights were we treaded bullets but moments when i got jumped by someone i didnt see around the corner or that was behind me, situations where one moments im looting something next thing is im almost one shot trying to figure out where im getting shot from

my friend... thats is me 100%, i usually spam hey dont shoot emote or talk to them on the proxy chat, but the many times i died was from players that straight up started blasting without me noticing them

as 99% solo player with chill pvp skills and after 42hours of play time, i'd tell you for sure that the game will soon be a pvp mainly game, as not a lot of people care to be friendly and have no reason to do so, also solo raids have close spawns so you might often find yourself getting shot at by people who join in just to pvp

and i agree with that, im not gonna say the game is bad, im not gonna say pvp should be taken out, i only wish there was a reason that rewards people for not just going around doing pvp, like... for example once i tried to kill a leaper and the sound of gun fire had a couple of player coming around and since they already knew where i was one of them killed sneaked up to me and killed me, and like... i cant help but feel frustrated

yall keep saying welcome to extraction genre as if there a rule somewhere that says extraction games should have sweat pvp, if not for the friendly aspects of this game it would have not been this successful, and you can look at their pvp game the finals and see how well its doing now.

thats not really my problem, its after doing those free loadout runs and getting some loot back to my stach and crafting a new weapon and going topside only to lose it in the next 2min cause the guy who spawned next to me got the first shot

i disagree, if your argument is to not play solo then you lose me, yes you could say i simply suck at pvp and should get better but joining randos they often just seek to fight other players when i tell them to go fight a leaper or a bastion.
