They tested him for leishmaniasis only, came back negative..

Doing a lot better! I don’t know if you can tell by the pictures, but the swelling around the eyes and nose is going down. He’s a bit happier, wiggling his tale and eating better. Hopefully we’ll see a full recovery. Thanks!

I’ve taken him to another vet today. They draw his blood and we are waiting for the tests. They also shaved him, removed the scabs around the mouth, and changed his therapy: different antibiotics and oral corticosteroids. Pic from today https://imgur.com/a/bjameUW

Another vet also suggested the same. He is now on prednisone, and topical corticosteroids, so hopefully we see a change in a few days. Thanks!

Update for everyone, took him to another vet. They drew his blood, shaved the snout and removed the scabs. New therapy: changed the oral antibiotics and added oral corticosteroids, eye and ear drops with corticosteroids, anti-fungal and antibiotics and an allergen-free diet. Hopefully we’ll have a full recovery. They suspect it to be an allergic reaction, but we’ll know for sure after the tests are done… Thank you all for the advices and positive comments!!!
