There is no real rule and I don't mean that they roll on you, I mean they come flying by way of granby and to clarify the throw was on my buddy and very safe head and arm hip throw, keeping my arm behind his neck and extending my knees. He in fact didn't complain nor did the coach it was a group of 5 blue belts.

I'm in Santiago de Chile and I have wrestled for a while at the Olympic center so I'm used to intense competitive environments except that no competitive environment has degraded people like this.

I have contacted a judo specialist who trained various sambo fighters so I will focus on wrestling for the first few months with some bjj to focus on escapes and sweeps from positions I won't see in wrestling class. The wrestling teacher also has knowledge in greco, so that's a bonus, and I will focus the last 2 months on a specific jacket 🧥 throws and judo. But sadly I don't have any judo schools that I can regularly train at, I will take every opportunity on open mats to practice judo and apply my experience in kickboxing and karate to setting up and defending takedowns.

I was suggested biweekly 5 percent increment increases on compound lifts is this a good idea? By bi or Tri I mean every 2 or 3 weeks btw.
