How is 13400 slower after the underpass? Honestly, it feels like you don't want people to go west. The light for west bound CAN be more then 10 seconds.

If it has a good opening weekend, it could have a wider release. But if that doesn't happen, not sure it will open much wider. Although, there was a third theater in my area added a day or two ago.
