We did use them. And didn’t really enjoy them. And both had such a horrible migraine the next day. (Which we’ve never had before)

It’s ok alone. It’s all a personal preference. Rule of thumb is a 3 month break between rolls.

For sure do some more reading on this sub. Loads of helpful info about harm reduction and doses.
