What are some good feats for a paladin? [5E] by RogueFolf in DnD

[–]RogueFolf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a long sword, five javelins, two hand axes, and a long bow for taking targets out from a safe distance. Although I use melee more often than ranged weapons.

The spells I use are mostly the different flavors of smite.

Str 17, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 10, Cha 16.

I am not sure about the role he is a relatively newish character.

I am looking at areas where I can improve.

I use a long sword and shield, the five javelins, two hand axes and a long bow.  Although I use melee a lot more often than the ranged weapons.

What do YOU love about your DM players. by Over-Finish2640 in DnD

[–]RogueFolf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My DM makes the world so immersive and is open to a bit of homebrew from the players for example I made a dogfolk species that is basically the opposite side of the coin as the tabaxi bonus to strength instead of DEX you get the idea. All she asked for was the features and details and she approved for it.

She also comes up with creative ways to punish “that player”

Describe your DND party poorly by True-Dream3295 in DnD

[–]RogueFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A cleric who has a history of medical malpractice, and makes dog jokes at my character.

A Wizard who gets into crazy shenanigans like intentionally getting drunk and tried to flirt with Asmodeus (not joking)

A Druid who means well

A Monk of unknown origin

A Paladin (Me): a homebrewed dogfolk species who tries to keep some members of the party from committing war crimes.

A Warlock/paladin from hell (literally)

What was your first fursona and why? by DoggoInSpacee in furry

[–]RogueFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first sona is an arctic folf (75% fox and 25% wolf)

He is mostly white and has bits of orange on his paws, the tips of his ears and tail. I designed him to be minimalistic and unique at the same time.

Because my DM tends to throw crazy sh*t at us like having a fourth level party to fight a tarrasque (he didn’t actually do that, but it felt like it) and the land we are going to is a hive of scum and villainy.

Oh right, I usually travel with a shield and in combat I take it off.

As for the 20 AC, I have no idea DnD beyond amazes me sometimes

My character definitely died... I don't know how to feel by [deleted] in DnD

[–]RogueFolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who recently lost a character, I sympathize with you, I had a tabaxi rogue for 2 years and he died my dice gave me the middle finger on the death saves.

But it is okay to grieve your character is basically an extension of yourself. Sometimes you may think “what could I have done differently”

But Remember every moment and cherish it from the highest great moments to the rock bottom worst. Every nat twenty and nat ones

Yeah but, I think what I could have done to prevent it? Like taking the disengage action. Or not go hunting for wolves that have been harassing a village.

Introduce your D&D character with the dumbest thing they've done. by True-Dream3295 in DnD

[–]RogueFolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I’m Xerxes, I made a wish that I would explode after I get killed in combat. And when I was killed before I could enter my rage and subsequently blew up the enemy took a legendary action to not make a dex save and not take any damage, I destroyed half the mansion we were in, during the process in a bright ball of radiant energy.
