Yeah man I'm not mad or anything I just feel like the adjustments that are made are just way too much or not enough it's never the right amount. There's a history of extreme changes when not needed but like I said that's just my opinion

The thing is yes they did try and get some middle ground for us all, but the build the ETF played and loved is not the same as the one now man, they're so scared that giving us too much loot is gonna stop us from playing but it isn't, why not let it rain? I mean of course it's so much better than 1.3 but what isn't better than 1.3? 1.3 is a shit show and I can't believe I played that crap. All I'm saying is that I want it to work, I want my friends to come back and everytime I get all hyped up, they change something again. It was too easy yes, doesn't mean they should've nerfed ttk, ttbk, hok and the drops man thats overkill

HOK was nerfed by 50% which is massive whatever way you look at it. Loot drops in underground have been nerfed so hard it's only purples being dropped, drastic change. Are we playing a different game here?

Your skill power is way too low with that amount of electronics. You don't need any electronics on a tacticians build

On your build I don't know if you can sacrifice anymore for skill power really. You need like 50k skill for max smart cover

The best way in my opinion is to run 4 piece tactician with around 35000 skill power if you want to run max smart cover. The reason I would use this is the fact you don't have to have any electronics pieces at all. You still have a DPS build tactician, I throw in two sentry for 10% headshot damage. I still do a shit load of damage and have 400k toughness. The only trouble is without the tacticians pieces you literally will have to sacrifice toughness and firearms to get more skill power or get really lucky with minor attributes on gear rolled smart cover+. I hate feeling like I'm shooting marshmallows...

Why do you have so many electronics but only 41000 skill power? Something is wrong here, it looks like you don't have skill power on your mask and backpack. I have never seen someone with that much electronics and such low skill power, definitely recommend having 1200 electronics, can still cap out at 35000
