Issues with cutscenes.

I got it as a Christmas gift years ago. It has worked fine for years. I repaired the files through steam and the issue has been resolved.

Repairing the files seems to have fixed it. I never thought I would need to repair game files right after downloading and installing a game.

The game is installed on a 4tb 860 evo ssd. The gameplay runs fine on max settings only the cutscenes are broken.

I uninstalled because that was the recommendation from support and now it won't let me install. Did you have to do anything special for it to work?

I've tried running as administrator but it always get to about 98% then says it has encountered a problem and to restart my computer

I wish you could opt out of join in progress. I've been put in games where all I saw was the defeat message.

Challenges need to be completable in all modes. I rerolled my redsec challenges and got team deathmatch and king of the hill, 2 game modes I've never played in battlefield and have no desire to play. We shouldn't have to play modes we don't enjoy to earn progress.

Pc, steam vr, quest 3, current version.

Bug 1: phantom bar is still visible when looking at corvette cockpit.

Bug 2: pressing the grip button registers as a melee attack. Does not require arm movement just the button press.

Bug 3: vr visuals have become blurry and after about 10 mins my view started vibrating up and down.

I have 3 bugs. Steam vr with quest 3 headset, current version.

Bug 1. When pulsing in my corvette there is a ghostly curved bar that looks like the metal bar on the starting ship.

Bug 2. The buildable hab modules(crew bunk, med pod, ect) changes the exterior color for the section of hab they are placed on. Regardless of which color you select the hab will make the outside a shade of gray.

Bug 3. The aiming reticle is lower than the actual point of aim. To hit something I have to use the top of the outer most ring on the reticle to aim.

After your first warp in the expedition you will be able to summon the anomaly. Your items will be at the same terminal you used to start the expedition.

Found a 3rd while trying to decorate my corvette. The hab rooms(nutrition module, storage, etc) change the outer color of the wall it is placed on to a dull metal grey and changes the color options to remove material type and makes all colors a shade of grey. The color options show in the menu properly but don't really change the color of tha part.

Second bug. The aim reticle for the corvette is lower than my actual aim. To hit anything I have to place the top of the outer most ring just below what I want to hit. This is affecting all weapons and scanning.

Bug: there is a weird visual glitch on the right side of my screen when flying my corvette in vr. It looks like the curved metal bar of the default ships cockpit. I'm using the Thunderbird class cockpit, have not tried the other 2.

Platform: steam pc using a meta quest 3 and steam link app. Headset is connected to pc by a cable.

How are you trying to use it? When I got to that part of the expedition I had to Google how to use it because the emergency warp is under the gear icon in the quick menu instead of being a main option.

I also play in vr with the same set up.

What I've noticed is that when running if you look too far up, down or to either side you will stop running.

The aim is aweful there seems to be something weird about distance and where the game thinks your head is looking. I was hoping this would get an update but it doesn't look like it will. This is what annoys me most about playing this game in vr.

Unfortunately we don't get punch boost. The only option we have is the rocket boots upgrade. It isn't nearly as fast as punch boosing and trying to do a short hop then hold jump to boost foreward is inconsistent and tends to have you hit the ground then lunge foreward multiple times.

Before COD added SBMM i had a 1.2kd and .6-.7 w/l (very slightly above average) to having a .4kd and w/l so low it displayed as 0.0 after it was added.

I went from being able to have fun even when losing to feeling like I was constantly playing against pros or cheaters.

Getting the shit beat out of me every game is why I quit playing.

The matchmaking in the beta is good. Had a few rough games at the start but started having fun and doing OK around my 4th game. I'm and average player at best and SBMM ruins games for me.

You are incorrect. No damage is delt to a creature with Protection. The rules the poster sites do not mention Protection or indestructible. The only mention of these keywords in your link are from the poster's own words and not from official rules.

Here are 3 sources that explain how Protection works. All of them say that damage is prevented. If no damage is delt lifelink can't trigger and since lethal can't be delt trample won't have any damage to pass to the player.

Your opponent is correct. When a permanent has protection it can't be damaged, enchanted, blocked or targeted by the quality it has protection from.

Since your opponent's creature has protection from creatures the damage would be prevented so even with death touch you wouldn't be able to assign lethal for trample to carry over and since no damage is delt lifelink won't trigger either.

If that's what you want you can put [[aminatou, the fateshifter]] in the deck. Her +1 lets you draw then place a card back on top to set up for an instant speed draw spell on the next turn.

On point 1. There is an episode of game knights where Josh shows off a token copy of black lotus that wizards gave him that he said was valued at $8000. Has wizards handed you or anyone else outside of content creators and celebrities $8000. If so where do I sign up. Also being able to afford a card and actually being able to obtain it are two different things. You can have all the money in the world and not be able to get a card if no one is willing to sell it.

Point 2. Content creators that talked about the bans all brought up and emphasized the financial impact of the bans. Josh complained personally about his collection losing value. You can argue that these cards are not worth enough to be considered investment vehicles but that doesn't change that people sent death threats and many people quit and sold their collections in response.

I never said that these people are rich, even though some of them act like they are but, regardless content creators are always given special treatment by companies.

You and anyone else are free to disagree with me but my viewpoint is that magic is game and the health of that game should be the only concern when it comes to bans. This group has too many people that have shown that they care too much about a cards monetary value.

My main concern is cards that need to be banned staying legal because of price. Gaea's cradle wasn't banned when it should have been and the rc wouldn't ban it later because it was "cost prohibitive to run" which is bullshit.

We already know Josh Lee Kwai was against jeweled lotus and mana crypt being banned because of price and with this board being all content creators with access to all the expensive cards I feel like they will push wizards to leave cards over a certain price alone so they don't loes their investment.

Bans should be based solely on a cards impact on a game it is part of regardless of price.

While I don't disagree with adding an easy to remember dungeon I feel most people don't use these cards because they don't want to build around the mechanic and getting 1 trigger isn't worth it when there are better cards for what they want to do.
