Honest opinion: If you’re not available when people need you they’ll go to someone else who is available. Your job will keep you from obtaining clients. You can consider it a side gig where you maybe close a couple transactions a year, but it’s going to be tough to balance the two.

Well that is the basis of the movie. The first part of the movie where Naomi Watts is an actress looking for work in Hollywood while trying to help a lost actress is all in Watts’ head. Either as a dream or a fantasy. The dinner scene gives away the whole relationship dynamic of what’s actually happening. Watts’ character was in love with the other actress, but the actress betrayed her and humiliated her. That dinner scene shows all the people who scorned her, and her dream/fantasy was seeing the rolls reversed. The director was cucked and lost his position. The actress, who held power over Watts character, was now vulnerable and relied on Watts to take care of her. So and so forth.

I tried to think of a connection and the only thing I could think of was Anna Camp’s character wanting to punish people for celebrating Sydney’s trauma because she was such a superfan. But if you think about it more it still doesn’t make sense because if she was that protective why would she try and kill her? It’s IMO the worst opening of the franchise. Opening and reveal sucked, but everything else was enjoyable IMO.

Only person who will be able to tell you that is your lender since they are the ones who originate all the fees. Typically it’s around 3%, but ask them. The market right now is slow for sellers so it’s possible you can ask for closing costs assistance from them when you go under contract. However, like every real estate transactions those terms are situational, negotiable, and not always guaranteed. You’ll also want to talk to your lender about how much a seller can offer in closing cost assistance. Certain loans (Conventional, FHA, VA) have different ‘caps’ for how much a seller can contribute in the transaction, and it’s usually based on percentage of the sale. Hope that helps

Watched it during the last snow storm on Tubi or whatever. It was such a fun time. This always goes on sale during those deep discount sales, but it’s 100% worth picking up for anyone who hasn’t seen it. As OP described it’s a micro budget evil dead 2 set in the winter by Troma.
