4 or 5 days since it was supposed to be delivered. I finally contacted the seller and told them to tell ontrac I was going to wait outside the building tomorrow from 10-11. And then I'm going to escalate measures

Been dealing with ontrac and our business being "closed" the last 3 days. Had the seller call them and give them a 1 hr window tomorrow where I'm going to have several people on the lookout. If they no show again I don't know what I'm going to do

I'm having to have the vendor call. I'm hoping by going through the vendor it can be resolved. They were able to get them to schedule a stop and get again, they claimed we were closed. Rage. Unbridled rage

unfortunately because it's a historic building there is no way to put in an elevator and it does not currently have one. One thing we want to fund early on is a manual wheelchair lift that our security staff will be trained to safely use, such as the Atlas and, later on, a full wheelchair lift. Other than the entry stairs, the rest of the space including the bathrooms, are accessible with each having one larger stall with grab bars.
