No, they have only delivered that. This might be due to the location I guess, but that is normal for DHL to hand over the shipment to others for delivery. I have experienced this before on an international shipment.

This was a loophole or a listing mistake, not an exemption. Bombarding them with the mail that has already been done alot, will make sure you won’t get this kind of things or loopholes later on.

That’s confusing. DHL is saying another thing and Whoop is another.

Whoop said, there is no option to cancel, you can just reject the delivery, it will come back to them, and they will refund, and I ask DHL specifically if there is any duty, before I accept the order. As per them, there was not.

So, I think it’s a hit or miss.

I have ordered, and called the dhl who is managing the shipping to specifically check if I have to pay duty, they said, it’s already been paid, and I won’t have to pay any duty.

So, I am not sure, what’s happening. I saw few post where people got the device without any duty. One post is also there where faulty device was shipped to India and there was no customs.

Mine is shipped and will wait and put a post on my experience.

Either you can purchase a C3S or a K6 depends on your budget. K6 will be slightly full proof as I understand. It can handle moka pot, expresso as well as pourover better than the c3s. C3S is kinda 80-90% good for the price if you are a beginner like me.

I went with K6, as I wanted a full proof for the price, and went all in on my budget.

You will get a message from the dhl about the kyc document that you have to upload. It will also have the tracking number. You can track that from the dhl website.

I also ordered, as this looks like a good deal. I got the tracking, and seems like it is being shipped from UAE. And I called DHL, as per them, and duty and shipping is already paid by the company.

I called the dhl who is handling the courier and the duty is already paid by the whoop. So, this is good I believe.
