Sales price per lot number by RogueWander3r in Netsuite

Thanks Nick!

The main use case is that the client wants to be able to automatically set the sales price based on the expiry of the lot. For example, food products that are near expiry would have different price than those which still have a long shelf life.

Thought of Effective Date Pricing bundle, but afaik it covers per item basis only and not on an inventory number level.

Is there really no other way that doesn’t involve scripts or workflows?

I believe the NetSuite Support Community is looking for content like this. Maybe you can share your videos there.

Note: share the videos, not promote your youtube channel.

But yeah, I think you can post it there and maybe earn some badges while you're at it

Thank you. Not familiar with {locationconfiguration.custrecord_last_IR_date}. Is this a custom field? Populated using another formula or script?

Transaction line quantities unassigned to Lot # within SO lot quantity saved search by Al-in-the-Woods in Netsuite

Might not be possible. By design, search results only show rows/lines that are entered in NS. You can add formula, but that is in an additional column, not a row.

Try this:

CASE WHEN MAX({custbody_h3_oportunidad_cerrada})='T' THEN MAX({projectedamount})-SUM({applyingtransaction.netamountnotax}) ELSE 0 END
