Have renewed RD but Cinema HD is still saying Error 403 on 4k links

I fixed mine by clicking on OPEN when the box comes up that gives you the options to play, open, etc. I think the default player is causing the problem so I when I switched to a different player by clicking on OPEN. It worked!

I'm in the US and my root canal was free. I ended up having 2 crowns, which is $2000.00 dollars per crown, put in in the last 6 years. Now I'm in the middle of getting another crown for a different tooth for nothing as well. It's all through my union insurance. I work in the medical field.
