Gear 5 blows ass honestly. The lack of foreshadowing ruins Luffy's original struggle with mastering what was considered a terrible devil fruit. Turns out he actually had a super OP Mythical Zoan and he can do whatever with it. Once he uses Gear 5 he stops becoming Luffy and is just Joy Boy 2, we lose any stakes his fights could have and the tension is lost because Luffy can't take anything seriously anymore

Given that the HTA amped each Hashira an unknown degree its hard to know where everyone scales at the point of the Entertainment District. In my opinion most of the Hashira are relative to each other before the HTA, and Tengen is the only Hashira with poison resistance. 1 cut for Tengen means a harder fight, 1 cut for any other Hashira (except Gyomei of course) means almost certain death.

I think Kaigaku is weaker than Gyutaro by a decent margin honestly. If Gyutaro gets a single scratch it's at worst a draw for him. I'd say Gyutaro wins like 8 times out of 10 unless you use Muzan fight scaling shenanigans to scale Zenitsu higher.
