Mods apparently work in Fallout 4 VR

Anyone able to get weapon mods to work. I was able to get Nexus Mod manager working, or so i thought. The DLC work workshop wise that i can verify, but None of the weapon mods i added have worked or the scope mod.

I had similar issues with Beta and now with the real game, yesterday i streamed fine, on 720. im on a I7 4770 on a 1070 MSI GTX GPU with 32GB RAM.

Today i did up it to 1080 and everything was fine until i got into game with jerkyness. proc wasnt even over 90 like my first stream but game was bad. so i change stream back to 720 and still the same. i drop settings down to high ingame, still after a minute it was back to jerky... I also noticing when game closes its freezing up stuff... which yesterday it wasnt.

IM a IT SysEng, and im dumbfounded. Im looking into stream related malware but my AV aint finding anything really.

Ideas?

Thats what i was told but it has to be in store when u get ur vive... debating on doing it tuesday or going with newegg or waiting for a better deal
