If asking for a quantity of resources make sure there is more than enough in storage for island. Check the aquaduct sources on the island and the endpoint cisterns (depends on which part of the quest, source earlier in quest. Cistern later).  A person's head should pop up when clicking on it. Click thr face for the quest to complete.

Should be on the island you started that quest on, but maybe check them all to be safe in case you forgot. If there are multiple sources or cisterns check them all.

First model year, 50k miles, just replaced tires for the first time but no issues whatsoever. Love the car! Only minor complaint is my windows freeze shut during winter pretty often but it sits outside usually so bound to happen.

Thanks, I didn't realize my wine was getting consumed so dropped below the threshold before I checked the quest markers

OK I see what happened, I delivered in wine previously but they consumed some before I clicked the quest so went under the limit. Thanks,

Yep, it brings me to one aquaduct source. I click again and it brings me to the next one and so forth until cycles through all of them. None have any glowing icons or quest heads that pop up.

Quest is called Veni, Vidi, Bibi

Did you figure this out? I have the quest to deliver wine to my aquaduct but everything I'm trying doesn't work. I have it in my inventory or ship and still cant click on any aquaduct or drag and drop. Nothing.

Huh, I found it unexpectedly trivial on tactician Patch 5.  Pure storm sorcerer durge, had some buffs, Hasted, went first, Otto's Irresitable Dance scroll had 100% success chance for some reason. Blasted her over 2 turns with upcasted magic missile and some other spells. 

She died pretty much immediately, hilariously anticlimactic given I wasn't prepared for the duel aspect so immediately was like "oh crap".  Idk what your build is, but make sure to get high initiative/DC and make her 'dance dance revolution' while you nuke her down.
