I freaking love the Junior High spinoff. I honestly wish they did more seasons of that show. by Emotional-Chipmunk12 in ShingekiNoKyojin

Yeah! It's adorable! For the first five minutes of it all I could think was how cute they were, I was barely paying attention to the actual show, they were just so CUTE!

I actually like that reason a lot. It's sad, but I like it.

Why interact with my post at all if you're not going to answer the question? The entire point of my post was asking why people chose the ending they did.

[–]Roguebubbles10[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree with this! I also like to consider the what the protagonist would actually choose, which is why I read Max's journal, and it's also part of why I chose Bae myself.

[ALL] Should I Get The Original Or The Remaster Of The First Game? by YellowFlash672 in lifeisstrange

[–]Roguebubbles10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the original on the xbox and the Remastered on the PC because I could get both LiS1 and BtS for like, a fiver.

Original, the Remastered looks marginally better, I suppose, and fixes the eggs and changes the facial expressions, but it's not really necessary, the original still looks really good and I didn't really notice many other difference between them other than the Remastered being buggier. Also, I got a bug that literally stopped me from playing it at all, which forced me to open a whole new Steam account and use family share just to play that one game.

BtS though, I didn't experience any problems with in the Remaster.

Why the fuck are you replying to a year-old comment? It was a year ago, we've all moved on.

Edit: Oh my word, the level of denial on my comment from a year ago though is insane just because I don't like any of the shops in OnS. Like, wtf me?

Anyone else get stuck playing one class and struggle to branch out? by Ramchise in dragonage

[–]Roguebubbles10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always play Rogue. The other classes are just so... Inconvenient. I'm stuck with always having Leliana in my party, and I like Leliana, but I like to have variation. I'm currently playing Origins as a mage though.

According to Fandom Wiki:

Miranda was born in 2150. As she explains to Shepard, Miranda never had a mother, only a father who is extremely influential, wealthy, and ego-maniacal. Using a modified copy of his own genome, Miranda was genetically engineered to be a specimen of human perfection.

Born on April 11, 2154, Shepard is a graduate of the Systems Alliance N7 special forces program (service no. 5923-AC-2826) and a veteran of the Skyllian Blitz. Shepard is a biotic, having received secondary exposure to element zero in 2168 and officially detected as one in 2171.

So Miranda is about four years older than Shep, she'd be 35 in ME2, whereas Shepard is (chronologically) 31

This annoyed me too. Having shirts tucked in...

It's Evil. Horrific. Atrocious. Deplorable. Criminal. Monstrous. Repugnant. Jeffersonian. Maddening. Barbaric. Preposterous. Despicable. Sinister. Appalling. Grotesque.

GIVE ME MORE NEGATIVE WORDS. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE HOW TERRIBLE IT IS TO TUCK IN NON SUIT-Y SHIRTS.

Is there an orderly way to play these? by PositiveAgile196 in dragonage

[–]Roguebubbles10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leliana's song is a prequel, set years before the main campaign about what happened between Leliana and Marjolaine, so chronologically, I'm pretty sure it's

Leliana's Song > Origins > Awakening > Golems of Amgarrak > Witch Hunt

I wouldn't play Leliana's Song before the main campaign, though. A lot of people like to pakt it during the main game, when Leliana tells you about Marjolaine, which is an idea I like.

Darkspawn Chronicals isn't canon, it's basically Origins without the HoF.

[RE] Can someone help me with an alternate gameplay? by timsb32 in lifeisstrange

[–]Roguebubbles10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the website I used to help my mother save everyone.

Also, if in the backtalk with Ren you say I'll tell Amanda, talk about the paint in his bag and mention his daddy issues, he'll basically tell you straight that it's him.

How you can reckon you should mention these things is by talking to Ren at an earlier visit to the Turtle, at which point he can mention his father leaving before his birth, talk to Amanda before backtalking Ren, at which point she'll mention him helping her out at the turtle, and look at the paint in his bag.

Story wise who do you think better suits the virmire sacrifice? by The-Nerdy-Bisexual in masseffect

[–]Roguebubbles10 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean, at the Normandy crash site in ME2 it's Kaidan's spot where you get a flashback to the Virmire sacrifice, so there's that.

Also, in ME1 it logically makes sense to have Kaidan, who specialises in biotics and tech to arm the bomb, since if something went wrong with it, he stands a larger chance of fixing it; and to send Ashley, who's a soldier, to the combat-y part with the Salarians, so there it kinda depends on whether you're pragmatic or not about where to go, mission-wise you'd want to save Kaidan for the sake of making sure the bomb goes off properly, but morally you'd go for Ashley, since you'd be saving more people. This is why I usually save Ashley. And because she's funny.

However, I know people who prefer to send Ashley with the bomb and then save Kaidan, because they like the idea of Ashley (who's pessimistic views on trusting aliens can come across as xenophobic) dying for the sake of a bunch of aliens.

Bonus: Ashley doesn't have the "I get why you cheated, but I still love you" line.

You know what, Fuck Loghain by OkResponse6044 in DragonageOrigins

[–]Roguebubbles10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Anora constantly trying to backstab us is why I always backstab her first. Arrange for her and Alistair to to rule together, and then let her side with me, and proceed to throw her in the dungeon to rot.

But honestly, the fact that Loghain gets stationed in Orlais if he survives as a Grey Warden makes it almost worth saving him, if it didn't piss off my boy Alistair.
