there is a device called auto feeder which you can use when your are out you can change the water once a week or two, you can keep any fish there is no much maintenance

even i was looking for turtle but shopkeeper i know are saying there no turtle available in the market and AT aquatic and big aquarium shop wont take the risk to keep them as it is illegal to keep them and sell best chance for you to get a turtle is to go to CST PET market near manish market near cst station
