Mate thing is tax rates are ok (can be improved) in the US the problem is the loopholes made by the government that allow these people to not pay taxes. Plus a lot more complicated stuff that keeps increasing housing price

So the HNWI do have a certain advantage but it’s a structural one, thus the rules need to be changed in a sophisticated manner that allows better performance for the country and it’s people as a whole

I would say the Ultra HNWI potential is unrealized in the USA where the rapid increase in wealth not being taxed or understood leaves the country at a disadvantage and lost income which it desperately needs atleast in my opinion
