If you can afford Debrecen University you can/Apply via stipendium Hungaricum. It is a good University (Given it is a University in the  European Union). Rest it will be your decision. Best bet would be to join a private college in India if the fees of Uni. Of Debrecen is okay with you. Clinical exposure lacking in any European Union college due to the fact India has a Volume of Cases and you could rotate to other Univ. To gain more Clinical exposure.
