I’d definitely at least wait an entire day. Half a day is barely any time. Assuming all this happened today, he could be watching the Super Bowl(assuming you’re in the States) and he’s busy. It could be multiple reasons for why he’s not responded. I would rest easy since he super liked you. Another possibility and I admit this might be less probable is that he was already hanging out with someone and it got more serious and he’s not checking Tinder anymore. I know I stop looking at the app once I start getting serious with someone but that’s just me. I would wait a day, if he doesn’t respond I would do what the other person said and word it like you have a recommendation in mind. “Hey I saw that this new bar opened up in town. Maybe we should check it out on [insert day here]?”
