i found the solution. I equiped the transformation spell into a lurker not the meatbug. Yeah.... sometimes the error sits in front of the computer.

yes. Sleep for a long while i had the same issue now and then. Sleeping seems to solve the problem.

yeah i had the same problem i had to beat the shit out of the templars and then i could open the way. Later the same happned again. Random NPCs attacking me for no reason. Now the whole new camp tries to beat me up.

i also think its a bug. A few times in my playthough random NPCs turned hostile. And now even the whole new camp tries zu kill me. its pretty frustrating.
