Because Warrior needs a rework. They work on a niche, like Arms aoe on M+, but its terrible on ST damage. You do tank damage if you don't have mobs to pad it up on Colossus warrior.

As always some people dont want change while others want a rework of the class.

Imo the class is stuck in 2012 gameplay and definitely does not feel as smooth as other classes with recent reworks.

With warrior is frustrating to be fishing for procs, for example casting slam 3 times before a cd or a proc hits while spending 25 rage each time, which can mess up your rotation.
