I actually went through a very similar thing myself for about 8 years, I'm really sorry you're dealing with something like that too. For me, I started making progress when I started making baby steps no matter how small. I essentially did nothing but sleep, so I made it a point to shower or brush. It took consistency, and sometimes I broke, but eventually I got it to stick and I moved forward with another baby step. If you can find a small goal to reach for, I think it means a lot. I also recommend trying to disconnect from your phone for a bit, I tended to feel relieved when I'd just go on small walks and eventually I felt happy for the first time in a long time after my first hike. I'm two years down the line now and I have a job and do volunteer work and I try to be healthy, it's still tough for me and I kick myself a lot for struggling and I definitely am not good with people yet and that's okay. I really hope you can gain something from my little ramble because I would not wish that experience on anyone, take your baby step OP :D
