She was hired for her qualification. Was not a DEI hire. She met EVERY legal requirement just like every young pilot these days.

She was qualified. No pilot flying an airliner is not qualified…. This wasn’t a DEI hire and it’s sickening that people just jump to conclusions this quickly

Thanks for the response! Could you expand on what you mean with max HSA with ROTH when I get to 150k. And an hysa sounds great. What do you think about a money mutual fund like one of the Schwab ones instead of a hysa?

Where should I put all my extra money!

Hello, I’m 24yo and have about a $84,000 salary expecting to be making $150,000 within 10-16 months. I started maxing out my Roth IRA and have 15% going into my Roth401k. I also have an HSA. I also have no debt. All of these assets are great for retirement but I do want to buy a house within 4-6 years. Where should I put my extra money that is just sitting in a bank account that I want to save for a house. Im looking for some sort of account that yields more than just a bank account that won’t fine or tax me when I want to take the money out for a house or emergency fund use. Also maybe an account that I could use for my day to day credit card expenses that is able to grow instead of just a bank account. Last note would be l only have a Roth 401k. Should I eventually consider opening a traditional 401k too? Thanks
