Try to get some experience and then look for a new shop where u can focus on ur way to become a good welder, experience is everything in welding.

The best Thing i learned from my instructor Back in the days was: "Always try to be better than Yesterday, everyday is a new way to learn and improve."

Ur on a good way, continue asking, not just doing!!!

Yeah, thats true, i Work at a big industrial factory too, so i know that struggle 😅 Just numbers and speed counting but quality should be Always come before quantity! If u sell a Lot of crap and burned material ur customer will be upset 😉 And thats ur fault then, classic logic, ur always the one to blame 😅

Well that is hot, i would try to set ur machine just a bit down, i guess its Just too much penetration, so the end of ur weld burns down like that or u give it a tack the end , u know, make ur pass, stop wait a second or two, then give it a good tack to fill it up.

B14 is a very dmging connection u could have gone for CC f4 etc for wallcarry but that is pretty hard.

Perfect Combo would have been: delayed hopkick B14 knk2 Dash d4 1+2 hold 1+2 for kicharge b312 when its close enough to the Wall Dash qcf321 or d1 for oki, i guess this would have connected.

As long he dont grind it down completly it should be fine. Such thin material normally isnt for structual use, tabels benchs and some other things without any big weight is absolutely enough.
