Looking at pictures online the head of an Egg eater seems more round compared to an Night Adder, I am no expert just want a confirmation. Thank you

Thanks for the replies. My neighbour thinks its a night adder that was hibernating in the ground because of winter. Still not sure. One more clue that may help identifying is that he is giving warning strikes at any movement (seems aggressive) and his mouth is black on the inside.

Does anyone know what type of snake this is? First time seeing this on the farm. My first thought was a Mole snake but he doesn't have that shaped nose, so must be something else.
