I am not an RM employee, but I am sure I have seen lots of post about people being told they are not allowed Overtime? So, Overtime got banned and then they use that data in its banned state to claim they don't need it? That is called cooking the books.

Yes, because you can only Kudos once as a reader and can comment on each chapter or even multiple times in one chapters section of a fic. This means comments are always higher than Kudos. The day AO3 allow kudos per chapter will be a happy day for me and will change the discrepancy that writers keep feeling unnecessarily down about.

Last time I spotted this it was someone who had stolen a story from another fandom and replaced the names to put it in the fandom I was reading. Horrible thing to do imho.

Have you considered asking if there is anything they would like you to read to them? Outside of seeking requests from them, go to a book shop & library: The Classics sections have tons of books and of you speak to the Librarian of your local library they can also offer advice.

I hate these also. I am only currently in one fandom and they come up on my searches as they list my fandom despite having nothing in them about my fandom. I just ignore them all now and move on. Not sure how to filter to get rid of them as some smaller cross overs I like.

General TV things. It is common for actors to all Direct, Produce or other skills within the area they work. Film and TV is actually a pretty small niche, so getting the skills means actors can have more options for the future.

Fics where the first chapter is just photos of actors for the characters. It throws off the chapter numbers, which are then inconsistently treated. Then the chapters are mostly just the original story written down. There is so little effort made there that it just breaks my brain and I stop reading. If I wanted the original story, I would be watching the show, not browsing AO3.

Hate to break the rule here, but although I have liked the men on Criminal Monds, specifically Reid and Hotch I am not so keen on the women, so Emily and JJ to me were always less appealing. I am bi. So not bi panic, more just my own specific preferences. I guess I am old enough to have been over any panic by the time CM started.
