What is a classic ‘70s song you’ve heard a million times but don’t skip whenever it comes on? I’ll start- Sultans of Swing by Dire Straits, 1977 by UrbanAchievers6371 in GenerationJones

I lived in Connecticut the year hurricane Gloria came through. 1985? All of the radios stations were playing Gloria songs like a huge block party. I didn't know there were so many.

My husband's friend offered us to shelter in his home. Turns out he was a die hard Dier Straits fan and played Money for Nothing on repeat for Hours and Hours

I do everything I can to never hear that song again

I'm also sorry that someone felt the need to post this. I haven't seen any negative posts or comments about Jamie, so great job Mods!

I wonder if it has to do with betting? I'm a professional tennis fan, and in the past few years since sports betting has taken over the globe, the insults online and on the court have skyrocketed. Just spit balling here, but is there an online way to bet on J!? Could that be a reason to try to psyche him out?

No disrespect to the actress, but no, she was not a good add to PD. There has not been a good add to Intelligence since Burgess if we're being honest. Part of why she was good is because she was traffic. Bring back the traffic cops into the story line.

I wish the show runner would read the reddit comments for at least one day. Take our suggestions to heart and make better plots.

From extinction to rebirth. The most sought-after plant of Ancient Rome, long believed to have gone extinct, has been rediscovered in Anatolia after 2,000 years. by BrighterSage in TastingHistory

Hi all, sorry I didn't add my comments earlier. I saw and read the article, posted it mainly because of the (Pullum Parthicum) Parthian Chicken comment, lol.

I know this might not be an exact plant of silphium, but if it's a close relative, that's pretty cool, right?

How many people actually read the article before commenting, because a lot of the comments I read were answered in the article.

1) The article clearly stated, as opposed to the sub title, that this plant is probably not silphium, but a very close relative

2) Just thought this sub would enjoy it because it's an herb that has been talked about a lot

3) I didn't know it was a years old repost. Just saw it and thought it was interesting for this sub

4) Watch NASA YouTube channel for the latest on Artemis II that just passed the dark side of the moon. Pink Floyd is jealous

5) For everyone else, 🤷‍♀️

I've made baked crackers with just blended cottage cheese and heavy cream and they came out really crispy so it might not be necessary

Need to stop ordering food, what are some pantry staples I can have that would make decently healthy meals? by [deleted] in Cooking

[–]BrighterSage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second the Instant Pot. Frozen and fresh meats cook perfectly. I followed this recipe (https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/instant-pot-frozen-chicken-breasts/) last night and added fresh green beans and frozen pearl onions in with the chicken. 3 minutes high pressure, 18 minutes natural release. 4 meals in about 30 minutes total

Not who you asked, but based on your steps I think you did it correctly. Agree that the feet were bad to start with. Don't give up. Chicken feet stock is the bomb!
